I have received an overdue notice, but I have already returned the book. What do I do?

Answer

If you are confident you have returned the book, yet it still appears in your account, please reply to the email notification you received or reach out to use via our contact form. Be sure to provide your username or student number, along with the title of the book.

We will check if the item has in fact already been returned. If we cannot find the item, we will contact you to discuss the best course of action.
